Started in 1998 as a 3-man operation under the name B&W Fahrzeugentwicklung GbR in Oebisfelde, we are now part of the steadily growing FEV Group and belong to a group of companies with around 6,000 colleagues on four continents. We look back on 20 years of success in automotive development and are sure that many more chapters will follow.

We offer 30 days of annual vacation, and company flexitime as a flexible working time model is a matter of course for us. We all enjoy getting together for our annual company parties and team events just as much as for our traditional St. Nicholas barbecue or a coffee in the cafeteria. And you can get that from B&W, too – every day and as much as you want.

A mentor to start with

The first day at the new workplace is a very special situation for every employee. We organize a WelcomeDay for all new employees at the beginning. And to ensure that the start with us is also a success within the team, we have an orientation program with a personal mentor. From the first day of work, we ensure that our new colleagues quickly find their bearings and feel at home with us.
