Started in 1998 as a 3-man operation under the name B&W Fahrzeugentwicklung GbR in Oebisfelde, we are now part of the steadily growing FEV Group and belong to a group of companies with around 6,000 colleagues on four continents. We look back on 20 years of success in automotive development and are sure that many more chapters will follow.

A mentor to start with
The first day at the new workplace is a very special situation for every employee. We organize a WelcomeDay for all new employees at the beginning. And to ensure that the start with us is also a success within the team, we have an orientation program with a personal mentor.
