We receive many applications every day. Draw attention to yourself and send us your application in a PDF file, with a letter that clearly shows your motivation. Why you, why FEV? Your resume should be detailed and every good application should include performance reviews and copies of certificates.
Data processing and data protection for applicants
With your application, you provide us with your personal data, which, of course, we process internally in accordance with all data protection requirements within the scope of the application. The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us.
Consent to the processing of your data
You agree that your data will be collected, processed and stored for the following purposes:
- Processing and forwarding of your application to the companies belonging to the FEV Group.
- Storage of your data in our applicant database on servers of the companies belonging to the FEV Group for the selection of suitable applicants
- Consideration for future job postings if no suitable position can be offered at the current time
- Passing on your data to (potential) clients, should this be necessary for a cooperation. This is done in anonymous form without application photos, contact details or references to current employers.
You can revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. We will also delete your data immediately after a corresponding request. For the revocation, please send us an e-mail to personal(at)b-w-fahrzeugentwicklung.de. A revocation will result in the termination of your application procedure.
If no further activities result from the application process and no employment relationship is established, we undertake to delete the personal data from the applicant database. The deletion will take place no later than 4 months after receipt of a rejection decision.

Purpose and legal basis of data processing
The personal data provided by you will be processed exclusively within the scope of the application process. Such data are contact data, data originating from your application documents as well as data arising in the application process such as answers to questions, etc. The legal basis for the collection of data is Art. 6 (1) a and f DSGVO* and § 26 (1) BDSG (new).
Data sharing, data transfer to third countries
Within the controller (see below for contact details), your data can only be viewed by the departments responsible for preparing and carrying out the application process, i.e. employees in the HR department and managers in whose areas a position is to be filled. If your data is transferred to the companies belonging to the FEV Group in the People's Republic of China and in Mexico as part of the application process, this will be done in accordance with Art. 46 DSGVO on the basis of standard contractual clauses of the European Union, which ensure an appropriate level of data protection.
Your rights as a data subject
As a person affected by the processing of your data, you have the right to information according to Art. 15 DSGVO, to correction according to Art. 16 DSGVO, to deletion according to Art. 17 DSGVO, to restriction of processing according to Art. 18 DSGVO, to notification of corrections and deletions made according to Art. 19 DSGVO and to data portability according to Art. 20 DSGVO. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO. We would like to point out the restrictions of the right to information according to § 34 BDSG (new) and the right of deletion according to § 35 BDSG (new).
Information about your right of objection according to Art. 21 DSGVO
For reasons arising from your particular situation, you may object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) DSGVO.
